As the season of generosity approaches, we are reminded of the profound impact collective compassion can have on the lives of those less fortunate. In this spirit, the Hearts & Souls of Humanity Foundation urgently seeks your support for our upcoming mission to aid the orphanages of Ghana, including the recently displaced people of Mepe, North Tongu, and the surrounding areas affected by the flooding of the Akosombo Dam in the Volta region.

Our primary goal is to assemble essential supplies and ship them in a container to Ghana no later by 10th of December. To make this mission a reality, we are reaching out for your assistance, both in material donations and crucial cash contributions to cover the container shipment costs to Accra, Ghana. Our mission extends beyond immediate relief; we are dedicated to fostering sustainable positive changes for orphans and students in local community schools, particularly in the villages. Specifically, we are seeking your support to acquire high-quality interactive whiteboards and chalkboards, aiming to revolutionize the learning environment for these deserving children.

To create a conducive space for caretakers, we are also requesting appliances such as microwaves ovens, coffee makers, water kettles, rice cookers, and blenders – all compatible with a 220V power supply. Your support in providing new or gently used whiteboards and chalkboards will be immensely beneficial to these children, enhancing their educational experience.

Additionally, we urgently need material donations to address the daily needs of these children and those affected by the Akosombo dam flood. Items such as diapers, wet wipes, soap, laundry detergent, feminine hygiene products, tea, coffee, rice, oil, tomato paste, cookies, toffees, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body lotion, basketball hoops, highchairs, can openers, soccer and basketballs, new towels, underwear (all genders and sizes), socks, basic hygiene needs, and school supplies are crucial to our mission.

In an effort to empower these children with valuable skills for the future, we are also seeking manual or electric sewing machines. Your contribution to this vocational training initiative will play a pivotal role in opening doors to self-employment and other vocational opportunities.
